This very enlightening residency recently cumulated in 'Saltmilk and
other wonders' an exhibition of organic shadow-worlds, bending light
and saltlake animations at IASKA gallery. The show was up until 2nd May 2005.
During the residency, mouseproof clockwork was an ongoing record containing scribblings, musings and process. About IASKA: "IASKA, International Art Space, Kellerberrin Australia, is a non-profit art organisation located in a small country town 210km east of Perth, Western Australia. IASKA was set up with the specific aim of exploring and testing new forms of interaction between artists and communities. It is also our intention to create the conditions for a new synthesis of regional, metropolitan and international points of view. These objectives are achieved through a programme based on residencies, exhibitions and community projects involving established Australian and international artists." |
